2. Full Commercial Rights & Ownership

By holding a FERALS NFT in your verified cryptocurrency wallet, you hold the definitive cryptographic ownership of that specific digital asset. Studio 0xd38 proudly grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, and exclusive license to use, copy, and display your specific FERAL artwork for any commercial purpose. Whether you want to launch a streetwear brand, create a comic book, integrate it into a video game, or build a million-dollar enterprise around your PFP—you have our absolute blessing and the legal right to do so.

3. Transfer of Rights (The "Token-Tied" Rule)

Please read carefully: These commercial and personal rights are intrinsically tied to the FERALS NFT on the blockchain. The moment you sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your FERALS NFT to another wallet, all of your commercial and usage rights immediately terminate. You may no longer produce merchandise, run ads, or profit from the artwork. These rights seamlessly and automatically transfer to the new owner of the NFT. The blockchain is the ultimate arbiter of truth.

4. IP Retention & Platform Control

While you have absolute freedom over your individual FERAL character, the foundation of the project must remain secure for the benefit of all holders. Therefore, this license applies only to the specific NFT art you hold. Studio 0xd38 strictly retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the master "FERALS" brand, trademarks, logos, the underlying Smart Contract, and all official marketplace infrastructure (including the OpenSea collection page).

This ensures the provenance, security, and verification of the collection remain uncompromised. No community member or entity may claim ownership or demand the transfer of the Smart Contract or marketplace administrative rights.

5. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses

To protect the reputation of the FERALS community, you agree not to use the artwork in any way that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal drug-related activities. Studio 0xd38 reserves the right to terminate your license if these boundaries are crossed.
